Blister packaging campaign: every sentence, before it publishes

This deck lists every claim the campaign makes about the pharmacies and the blister packaging service, exactly as it would appear on the landing pages, the social ads and the short videos, with the source for each. Please mark each line Approve, Edit or Remove. Nothing publishes until this comes back.

Prepared 16 September 2026 from ssmpharmacy.com and the pharmacies' Google listings. Audience: people taking several medications a day, and family members managing a parent's medications, in Sault Ste. Marie.

3. The three short videos, word for word

Video A, "Four times a day" (for the person taking the medications)

Several medications a day means keeping track of what to take, and when. Merrett's blister packs sort every dose: breakfast, lunch, dinner, bedtime. With a picture of each pill.

Video B, "For the family" (for the adult child managing a parent's medications)

When a parent takes a lot of medications, it's hard to know what was taken. A Merrett's blister pack shows the whole week, one dose at a time.

Video C, "On the go"

Going out for the day? Tear away one dose, or one day, and take it along. Packed by automation at Merrett's, the only automated blister packing service in Northern Ontario.

Silent end card on all three

4. What we are deliberately not saying

Not saidWhy
"Never miss a dose", "safer", "prevents mistakes", "improves health"Outcome claims. A blister pack sorts doses; it does not guarantee behaviour. Regulated-provider advertising should describe, not promise.
"Do you forget your pills?" or any line addressed to the reader about their own condition or medicationsMeta's advertising rules prohibit implying knowledge of a person's health. All copy is in the third person.
Any price, "free packaging", OHIP or insurance coverageNot published anywhere. If you want a price on the page, give it to us in writing.
Numbers of packs, patients, or other pharmacies servedNot published. Happy to add a verified figure.
"Largest in Canada"Conflicts with your own "Northern Ontario" heading. See item 6.
Supplier or machine brand names in adsOne brand per ad: yours.
Photos of real patients, or AI pictures presented as patients or as your packsPeople in the campaign photography are illustrative and labelled as such. We would rather use your real photographs of the packs, the machine, the two storefronts and the team; please send any you have.
Design note for accessibility: every page uses 18px or larger reading text, 7:1 contrast, 56px buttons, and no thin type, because the readers are older adults.
